    Go fantasia!!!!

Now ladies - I need "permission to spend"

I have now got blue fabric, pink fabric, green fabric and cream fabric - but ......................

If I pop and and buy another blue dye pack I could make the back of the sofas pale blue instead of cream ..................... but it would mean that the sofa makeover would cost a whole £7.90!!!!

    what do you think?

ETA its raining here so I think it could be patchwork day whilst you all enjoy your "Heatwave"

I say 'go for it' but then this is what you would expect. Too much booting. Still, settee's make over for under £8 sound good.

I feel content today! A person from Sweden coming to work though - she arrived late last night and OH is going to get her from her hotel. Tonight she is staying here.

My drawers have produced a Dylon machine fabric dye - Royal Blue (no 26) - have had this for several years so if it's of any use you're more than welcome to take a chance on it (although you might need to dust the box first)

You need your starting balance, your interest rate, your contractual monthly amount, and a record of any months you've paid more or less than this amount.

I have a link for a spreadsheet... give me 5 minutes and I will add it for you :)

Try this one - there are much more complicated ones available though if it doesn't quite do what you want... http://www.thismuchiknow.co.uk/?p=42

Not many normal loans allow you to over pay... check your T's & C's x

Hello to doingitanyway and all other newbies / returnees.

    hello doingitanyway et al.
You know how we have a matrix shovel well I think we need a matrix boot as well :D. I need a well-planted boot in the arris to get going this morning :p have a massive dose of CBA-itis.

I second the notion of the Matrix boot, although I think I will be commanding its use quite a lot of the time! (An if it's one of the boots that makes up FW's 42 pairs of shoes, it doesn't live too far from me and so could literally give me prod one day. ;)

Don't be daft - do it! And well done CM on helping MG. :T

In other news: I got yesterday! :j It has been so long since that happened, it's a great relief. I won't be doing anything mad with it, but it's nice to know I can pay my bills with no stress and don't have to be scrimping every penny. And I got paid £200 more than I was expecting! :j :j (although I'm not sure where that's from, so until I do, I'm not going to spend it in case it's a tax !!!!-up or something that I have to send back.)

What a nice start to the month! :D

And greenbee...nice to have you back! :D

    Morning peeps

Am a bit bleary eyed today - I was still working at 2am this morning writing up a plan for my business. I have been looking at the application form for the grant funding and I don't understand half of it - I am not saying I am thick because I know I am not, it is all the technical speak and the what ifs..how long is a piece of string and all that, anyway I shall do my best and submit it although looking at it I don't think that I am ready business wise for what is required but I know that head wise I am. I am fed up of informal mentors who have given me what turned out to be bad advice, not sure that being in a bit of a financial pickle will help me either.

Off out in a mo to post Uncle's birthday card.

I have stuff to list on fleabay and I need to start working on this workshop that I said that I would do - if it brings in money then I shall be doing more.

I have also been asked to be an affiliate for some social media workshops in Berkshire - this will net me money as opposed to teaching opportunities.

Busy day today, lots to do...have a great day all (sorry if you are in Scotland and being rained upon).

Thanks Clootie - that could be just right to balance the sugary sweetness of the ice-cream colours I have here.

Mum and I have decided to take the boys swimming in "the waves" in Dundee so will be back by 3 or in all day tomorrow if you fancy popping over for a coffee, a natter and a piece of something (after you have finished your lovely cleaning of course)

Getting so excited at the thought of a bargain makeover.

I have done my meal plan for the week (which involves eating stuff out of the freezers rather than putting stuff in there for a change...) and now need to summon up the energy to get on and make the most of the sunshine. I need to unpack, out some washing on and make a start on the dead-heading, weeding and general clearing up in the garden.

The house was cleaned while I was away, and all the frantic tidying was worth it. However, i do need to make serious inroads into the mountain of 'stuff' being stored in the study, and either find homes for it or get rid of it. Planning the reorganisation of space upstairs also needs to be started.

Enjoy the sunshine, those of you who have it....
