Right, not going into work til later due to the stocktake. Just called them and they're fine so I've: Made a menu plan for this week, been to Ald1 for a wee shop and am making soup now.
The weekend was fab! Stayed in a lovely hotel which my friend booked last year so he got it knockdown cheap. We danced to Lady Gaga and had fun with drag queens and I also introduced a good few of them to the phrase 'Get out of my way, I'm faboulous'. Needless to say endless fun was had by us all and I really like Manchester as a city. Also loved the Lowry. We went to see Andy Warhol's Diva's there and it was just great. As a huge fan of a diva myself it was right up my alley.
Got good news about a flat in Edinburgh yesterday. My friend wants to sell her place but will rent it to me for £300 a month less than my rent and CT are here!!! It will be on a short term basis and a good start for me so VERY EXCITED...just need the job now X'The road to a friends house is never long'0 -

I'm hoping that's the MFi3 and not the cocoa bermuda's - although I am sure you would look lovely in them - methinks I'd need to add a bit more length just to keep you decent.
Will be gleaning for hints and tips of you gals on MFW - you'd better believe it,

Just popped in to say have loved the August De-clutter challenge, followed a lot of them and did some of my own. Basically, something every day and what a difference it's made.
Have also started on garden de-clutter so will continue that for another month.
Will the September challenge be good for someone without a mortgage?
Thank you all for supporting HL - another case of love you lot.

Robsmum I am not going to be working at paying off my mortgage, however I *am* going to be following MG's MFi3 blog and doing the September challenges as my plan is to find a flexible way of earning after long-term illness and refill my savings pot which has been emptied whilst not working for the past 5 years.
I don't want a job as I don't want my life to be in someone else's hands and also because my not so well days are unpredictable it will be difficult to even commit to part time work.
Busy, busy, busy for me today - spent the last two days in London for a hospital appointment for me and visiting a friend in another London hospital, then off to babysit my mother and her dog on Friday for a few days as she's just had knee replacement surgery.Decluttering Awards: 🏅🏅0
