    Hi Hun,
Aw yeah, am so looking forward to my hols. Hopefully everything will have been decided before I go then I can have a nice chill and things may seem a bit clearer by the time I get back. Either that or I will be able to bury my head in the sand whilst I am there.

Nearly everyone you speak to has got some worry or other at the moment I am sure there is something in the air. I am determined that I am not going to spend another year like the one I have just had...infact I can't quite believe I have been miserable for a whole year!

I think I will have a nice hot bath to chill out tonight. Have a good evening.

    Hey there diary,

Well I have had a busy weekend going to see friends and family and attending kids parties.

I managed to limit myself to one drink at the party Friday...£3.50, one happy meal and big mac meal on Saturday night (treat for DD as we didn't get in until late)...£5.80 and today I did the weekly grocery shop...£12 (only pullups, cereal bars and milk required), Petrol...£54, 3 bathers for hols for DD...£15 (only 1 in the sale tho) and a PlayDoh set for £5 which she has played with all day so worth every penny.
This is a very good weekend shop for me, I remember going to the local retail park and spending over £100 excluding petrol and groceries.

I have only managed to sell 3 things on eBay this week (£13.75), but I am not giving up. So I have relisted some from the week before last and put some new things on, I aim for 10 items each time. In 4 weeks sales I have sold 22 items for around £155. The bags are going down slowly but at least they are going down.

I am still going to be able to afford my hols but realised the dog kennels will be £90, so need to find that as well as the £200 for spends as going a month earlier. Think I can find £100 if I don't spend alot before the end of the month left over from groceries and entertainment budget and then next month I should only need one petrol fill up so there is a spare £60. Its DD's birthday though next month and I haven't paid for the entertainment yet, but with a bit of jiggery pokery am sure I can do it with all my MSE knowledge.

Having a 'talk' with DH tomorrow night, hope I can say what I want to without turning into a blubbering wreck and forgetting everything.

On a lighter note, my courgette plant has produced fruit YEY.

  • Hi LivvyLoo I have just read all your diary and just wanted to say you are doing really well keeping control of things while you are obviously in imbo/sad about your situation with OH.

Are you sure that you can't salvage things, I know that in my relationship I have thought that things are so far gone that it will never repair but it did with a lot of hard work and I am grateful it did.

As for your holiday shortfall would your OH not contribute towards the holiday for DD? She deserves a holiday and surely its not all your responsibility financially?

I must say he sounds selfish suddenly splitting the money after his wages have raised especially as you say you was the breadwinner for years!
  • Morning Diary,

I thought it was going to be warm here today but its blooming freezing in the office...heater is most definitely on.

Thanks for all your comments KM and thanks for reading my dairy, OH and I have been trying to get back on track for about 6 months now. Basically he wants everything his way (selfish again), he can only see things from his eyes and although he has put me through hell he doesn't think he has done anything wrong, infact he thinks I pushed him away for a year whilst bringing up DD. I was hoping that he might change back to the man I married but he hasn't and I can't live like this anymore. I need to focus on what I want and whats best for DD, and if he isn't willing meet any of those things then I need to be strong enough to say...well am sorry its over (so far I have just cried and it doesn't come out).
Obviously I need to listen to what he wants and I will, but there needs to be some sort of decision made because we are both in limbo at the moment.

I haven't told OH about the holiday yet, I need to get this out of the way first but you are right he should contribute to her holidays. I think I am just nervous that he will want to take her away for a week or so in the future and atm I couldn't be without her for that long. I guess I will cross that bridge if it happens...one thing at a time hey? I will keep you posted on tonights outcome.

I have a buyer already for one of my eBay items...I am really pleased as last night I was about the throw the towel in. I will go to the PO tomorrow to post the three that sold yesterday as everyone has paid up.

Looks like a NSD for me today...so far so good.

My parking sensors have started playing up again...not impressed! And I haven't heard from the man I bought the car off, I have kind of written off that £200 anyway so if I do receive a cheque it will be a hugh suprise.

    Hi Livvy and co

I just wanted to say although it will be turning your insides at the thought of the chat later, think this time tomorrow you will know more and can deal with it head on.

Well done on carrying on as normal through such hard times.

As for the kennels - can DH not have the dog while you are away or not possible? Or saying that - if you haven't mentioned it yet, maybe easiest to pay if you can afford it. So you don't rock the boat.

After tonight you may be clearer in your mind of where you are at and let us all know on here and we will help you through it if that's what you would like or just to vent.

    Take Care of yourself

Aw thanks everyone for your kind words.

Hi Mummy, I am talking to OH tonight. I feel sick thinking about it as I really don't like saying things that will upset or hurt people and I certainly don't like people doing it to me.
DD is 3 next month, she is so gorgeous and my little shadow at the minute....she probably feels it all bless her.
Am so excited about my courgettes, I have discovered 2 x

DF, I thought about leaving dog with OH but he might want to move back in and look after him and what if he won't leave after? I need to do it all on my own. x

I reckon I am just used to my tummy feeling like this now...its been going on that long it doesn't know any different.

    Hi there
sorry to hear about your marriage breaking down that must be tough to deal with on top of the money as well. I hope that you are able to speak calmly about it all, how about writing points down so you don't forget?

Nice one about the car, that must be a relief too.
