wahey, everyone appears to be making so much cash that all these people aiming for bronze are definitely going to be pushing for silver and even gold!!!

people are making cash in there sleep!!!

although i'm not off the mark yet, i signed up on 7th and now have 3 mystery shopping jobs!!!

Got some overtime coming in specifically for this challenge so that should help to keep me a float with you scampsters running off at a short pace!

i haven't got my head round match betting despite the amount of times i visit the bookies with the lads etc!!! maybe a bit more work required in order to understand this!?!?!?!

keep up the work folks and lets hit the mark of 0.16 million quid as i read earlier (well more at the rate everyone else is going!!!!)

I haven't added any more to my total yet today but I have just listed a load more items on Ebay and a few on Amazon.

I am hoping to get a box full of books for nothing soon which I can list on Amazon too.

I'm hoping to hit at least £100 by the weekend.

Well done everyone on getting off to a great start :D

  • Another £21.36 for me from a cashback site. Well done everyone else, the totals are brilliant!

DFW nerd no = 281 (graduate)

  • I so wish I had looked at amazon before listing my dvds on ebay reckon I could probably have made double on my dvd box sets than I will end up with :(

never mind, lesson learned I suppose!

I have thursday afternoon set aside to register as an amazon seller (finish work early on thursday) and list some other dvds that arent selling that well now on ebay (were great last week) these being lee evans xl tour and live at wembley as now have the boxed set. as well as listing the books I have sat around gathering dust
finally debt free and want to keep it that way!!
  • I too am going to try and take up the challenge (first time participating in one) and will set myself the bronze level.

I am off the mark by finding £ 7.00 in an envelope from selling a couple of unwanted gifts nearly a year ago as draw prizes and found the money sunday 7/1/07 when tidying up & forgotten I had it. I think it's fair to add the saving made today of approx £97.00 on our home insurance renewal.

I have registered on the indiefield survey website today but to become a Platinum member & 'get the best surveys' you need to upload a picture. Does anyone know why they would want this and what they will do with it? Thanks for your help. I'll add a footer when I have time/work out how to do it!
    Can't resist a bargain!!

    :confused::confused:
    HI guys
Need to voice something here and I feel we should as a group make a decision on it. Do we or don't we allow bankcharges refunds to be included in challenge????
I know some of you are already counting yours and that's fine as we haven't made a decision but I also feel that some others may not feel it's fair. This is a hard one because you are adding money you would not have had before but has the money come from something done specifically for the challenge???? Some refunds are in the £1000's and could complete the challenge in one hit - which is great because you have made the money you wanted - and it would make a big dent in anyone's debts which is why we are all here.
    What do others feel???????
    Could we have a vote??????
How do we vote??? inconfidence or live????
I would really appreciate some help here. Jet if your around could you add your opinion here - I know you are busy but if your on and see this I would appreciate it - thanks.

i dont mind either way annie. i can see the reasons for not having it in but my chances of making 3k are slim especially with husband spending it as i make it lol. happy either way just glad people are etting out of debt
back to comping in 2017, fingers crossed
  • Personally, I don't mind what people include in their totals. I am going to stick to the rules of the original Money From Nothing Challenge, and in a way treat it as a personal challenge to see how well I can do. If other people get more money than me by including things that I wouldn't, it doesn't matter. Or if people reach their targets before me that doesn't matter either. What does matter is that we support each other, and by July we will all have more than we started with to put towards whatever we choose.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in. :D
