Over £100 net of charges and postage from eBay sales this week plus I found 1p on the floor by my car yesterday - and yes I am counting it towards my total. Still on target for my silver medal.
So busy that only managed to list one item on the half price day last week. Have taken some more photos but earlier on eBay crashed 3 times when I was trying to relist an item - not happy.
Great newsletter WOA - and I love the quiz0 -
Quick question
I've reduced my broadband costs by £10 per month and cancelled sky saving £21 per month, can I add this to my total and if so do I add one lot of £31 or 5 times £31 which is the amount I will have saved between now and the end of the Olympic challenge???
CheersHappy riding on two or three"We're not complete idiots, we do have some parts missing!" :doh:0 -

you can include the total amount that you have saved over the period of the challenge
some people have recorded this as soon as they have cancelled it, I probably would include the £31 each month (for the rest of the challenge) as I have all my challenge money set aside and would top it up each month with that amount (hope this makes sense)
obviously do it which ever way is best for you but you would count the total amount of £155finally debt free and want to keep it that way!!0 -
Well....quiet week for me! Ha ha....
£36 from matched betting, £22.07 from an ebay sale and £30 from ITV for my TV appearance.
And for those of you asking about that item my friend is selling - it's an old clock. Since the relative obviously didn't realise it was valuable, they're going to surprise him with it at the end, give him the money and let him decide whether to give them any of it. I've called my Mum and asked her to clear out her loft!!0 -
I would count it as monthly amounts as you may find a way of reducing the broadband even more
I can't reduce my tv/ broadband bills as i am on the cheapest cable broadband and only have freeview (although i suppose i could sell the box)Debt of £6300 cleared in 5 years, now ZERO0 -
*everyone rushes to ebay to find the clock*finally debt free and want to keep it that way!!0

Really??? (Freebird reminds self to get act together and read this week's email.)
I've just made another £14.25 on the matched betting...wooohoooo. Have to run now though to go and watch League Cup Final. C'mon you Reeeeeeds!!!0 -
I've collected several bags and boxes of book donations over the past month or so. They were starting to get a bit much tho - everytime my car went over a speed bump, it would groan from the weight of the books in the boot!
So I'm going through Amazon now - anything selling already for less than a quid, is going down the charity shop. I cant be storing them in my small flat waiting for 50-odd people before me to sell their 1p copy, just so I can make my 40p profit!0
