Keep meaning to upload all my photos and videos online for you all to see, well worth looking through them.
Here's a teaser - http://bebo.com/watch/4576297689
Now also need some advice Trets etc etc! Looking at going back with friends in May/June of next year. Flight wise when am I likely to pick up the cheapest deals? Don't know if the Christmas fare sales normally include flights for 5/6 months in advance?0 -

Can anyone help me clarify what the baggage allowance is for NWA airlines?
Is it 1 item weighing a maximum of 20Kgs? Also what is the weight limit of cabin luggage?0 -

great clip...got too love those fountains
My Travel did have some reasonable late flights for May as thats when wydw goes . dig back in the Thread to around May this year to see his posts on it....June was definatly when the late deals dissapeared.
If your prefer Virgin then start keeping regular tabs on your dates now . there should be sale before the end of the Year. Download the sale "desktop alert" program from Virgin Atlantics web site so you will know when it starts. then/or try the Money and Miles Method as desribed in post #500Better in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0 -

Here's the info from Northwest's website:
http://www.nwa.com/travel/luggage/checked.html
International Travel - between North America and Africa / Asia / Europe / India / Middle East)- Coach Class: Each ticketed passenger is allowed two (2) pieces of checked luggage.
- Each piece: 50 pounds (23 kg) with linear dimensions not to exceed 62 inches (158 cm).
http://www.nwa.com/travel/luggage/carryon.html
Northwest allows you to carry one piece of luggage on board the aircraft plus a purse or briefcase or laptop computer or small backpack. The carry-on luggage must be of a size and shape to allow for storage in overhead compartments or underneath the seat in front of you.
Dimensions:- Cannot exceed 45 linear inches (9 inches by 14 inches by 22 inches)
One thing to remember though is that passing through security in the UK you can only have one item of hand luggage - so while the airline allows one carry on and a purse/briefcase/laptop/backpack, security in the UK will only allow one...so any purse/briefcase/laptop/backpack will have to fit inside your carry on to pass through security...then you can take it out.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 - Coach Class: Each ticketed passenger is allowed two (2) pieces of checked luggage.

Are you sure about that ferf1223?
I had a look on the NWA website and it mentions this:- International Travel - with origin and destination outside United States / Canada
For travel with an origin and destination outside the U.S./Canada (i.e. within Asia or within Europe), the weight concept applies. The weight concept allows a maximum weight for luggage, per person, that can be checked free of charge. The free weight applies to the total weight of all bags checked by an individual.
- Coach Class: 44 pounds (20 kg)
- World Business Class: 66 pounds (30 kg
- Infants not occupying a passenger seat: 22 pounds (10 kg)
Thus i'm slightly confused. I would LOVE to take 2 suitcases at 23kg max. me and my gf could do some serious shopping0 - International Travel - with origin and destination outside United States / Canada

I think your interpretation is wrong as you are not travelling wholly within Asia europe etc, what you are looking at is for flights that do not start or finish in the USA
Your destination is the US so that section does not apply0 - International Travel - with origin and destination outside United States / Canada

The one exception is the Bellagio Hotel & Casino. The Bellagio's policy for non-guests is that children under 18 are not allowed to enter the property unless attending a show (tickets must be purchased in advance) or eating at a fine-dining restaurant (reservations must be made in advance). Guests of the Bellagio are not subject to this policy."
Does this mean that we wont be able to visit the Bellagio conservatory then:hello: LORRAINE :hello:0
