New ticketmaster offer for various shows - nowhere near as good as the Summer of Cirque promotion, but includes upgrades or money off shows like Spamalot, The Producers, Blue Man Group, etc..looks like dates vary from some ending in September to some as late as early November

Hi i've booked flights to Las Vegas for the 28th October to the 31st October. I can't find many good hotel deals at the moment, is it to early or is this some kind of holiday week over there? A lot of the deals seem to end on the 25th or aren't applicable that week.

We would really like to be on the strip and would love to stay at the Mirage, Flamingo, Paris etc in a nice room as its a once in a lifetime trip for us.

So should I leave it for a bit or if there were any good deals for this time have I missed them already?

    Thanks in advance :D

Agree with photome...if you go back and look through TangoBunny's posts she ran into the same thing as she's there over Halloween.

If you haven't seen - Flamingo does have hot deals available for all of those date...looks like $90/$90/$140/$190 for the 28th to the 31st...$510 plus tax (assuming 2 people in the room - rate would be higher if more) doesn't seem too bad compared to some of the other hotels for that period.

Though I would say that Flamingo isn't really the same class as Mirage or Paris...it's a great location and has a great pool complex which is open year round (I think only one pool is heated, though).

i think thats a pretty good offer for the dates , i'd be booking it up as a fall back at least . like ferf said there is a lot to like at the Flamingo.

We would be checking out on the 31st as we are only there 3 nights, so it looks like we've just got to cough up the bigger bucks on the 30th. I know the flamingo isn't meant to be as nice as the Mirage etc but it looks like its in a good location and i've not read anything to terrible about it. I'll keep looking and take the advice to keep it as a fall back choice.

    Can't wait - i'm so excited!

If I were you, I would be sure to book it now while you keep looking as Trets suggested...those offers have limited availability and when they are gone they are gone...if you book now, they will just take the first night as a deposit (so $90 + tax) and if you find something better and cancel later they will refund it...I think that their policy is 48 hours before arrival to cancel for a full refund but double check to be sure.

In any event - have a good trip!

Also looking at tagging in a trip to New York afterwards, so spending about 4 nights vegas and 4 nights in New York.

Problem is i can't find a website to give me quotes on this multi centre holiday. anybody know any good websites to try?

Has anyone stayed at the Paris ?
Paid £400 for five nights there.

Looking to stay there as well, it has good reviews.
£400 seems a lot, when are you going?

We are planning to go on Monday 7th July 08 for four nights and the cheapest we have been quoted is $533, which is approx £265 from https://www.travelworm.com

expedia.co.uk does - go to flights, then click on 'multiple destinations' and it will bring up a screen for you to put in each of your legs (I assume 3 - one out to Vegas, one from Vegas to New York and one from New York back home)

you will find that you will get the best rates if you fly the same airline all 3 legs or if they codeshare with each other...if that is too expensive, you can try doing a multiple desitination search for home to Vegas and New York to home and then find an internal carrier to fly the Vegas to NY leg. I know that I have checked with Virgin for a flight from London to Chicago, then Vegas to London and it was only about £50 more expensive than London to Vegas...internal flight from Chicago to Vegas would be cheap on Southwest or something - much cheaper than trying to book all three legs at the same time.

Hope that makes sense but if not, let us know!

Check the hotel's own website - $119/night so cheaper than travelworm even after taxes assuming 2 people in the room - will be more if more people.

And it's really, really early to book for next summer...July is typically a slow month in Vegas and there will likely be great deals out next spring...but if you want to book now book with the hotel so you can cancel if you find something better (which you probably will).
