Wow, remote control curtains....thats it I have to go now ;) (only kidding!)

It is good to hear from someone who has stayed there, gives me a bit more confidence about it.

Will check with my friend and then take it from there.

    Thanks again :D

Not only remote curtains but a 42 inch tv with surround sound and a dvd player (not much good if you only have UK dvds though) and a small tv in the mirror in the bathroom, a pillow top bed (if thats what they are called)...but they are very garish rooms. If you pm your email addy I can send you some pics if you like.

My first ever post on this fantastic site, cant believe I’ve only just found it.

I going to Las Vegas on the 13 Sept for 5 nights, cant wait!!! I’ve been doing my research on this site and I think im going to go for the Flamingo Hotel – mainly because of the pool, looks amazing. I’ve search previous pages and saw someone replying to realdeals question, saying that the flamingo is available for around £70 for 4nights.

I have check these veagas promotion sites and the best I have been quoted was around £130 each( 3 people in one room, 13 – 17 Sept).

Does anyone know if there are any promotions during the dates I’ll be there or will the quote I got be the best I’ll get?

I look forward to your response, I love this site!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It doesnt look like there ary any deals to be had over those days, that is probably down to two things
1 It is close to the date so they may not need to discount if they are nearly full...I usually find best deals about 12 weeks beforehand.

2..2 days are over weekend when all prices are dearer and often not discounted, sorry i wasnt more help

yeah your out of luck with that Flamingo offer and those dates i,m afraid. never mind move on i,m sure you will find something else just as good somewhere else.try looking in the usual sites.(PM me if you don,t have all the links to them ) that said $130 for 3 people at the Flamingo is not unreasonable IMO

Ballys has some some special offers for those dates ( unfortunatly not the Fri and Sat  )

LOL Sorry I read it as you'd already been.
I really like the location of it. It doesn't seem to gather the loyalty that some of the other strip hotels does but generally people seem to like it.
    When are you going ?

Should be fine and price is OK with a big event on in town.
We were out there last December-wind was a bit chilly but otherwise was a good time to go.
