  • Hi-thanks for the replies. Gave yp on Richer Sounds-Called twice over 2 days re; tv's-they were checking if a bit that connects tv to stand could be found-no reply at all.

    Purchased this in the end http://www.electrical-deals.co.uk/toshiba-tvs-42/ 100hz-FAB picture-£370. Well pleased! Thanks for your help!

    Yup-done that. All seems fine now (fingers crossed!). Also reset tv-did a new re-tune-did virgin settings & used tv remote to highlight HDMI1-pressed the 'text' button within the 15 secs needed on virgin remote to 'lock' tv to HDMI1-which I had not done before....so all seems great now!
