Think about what you will save on dental bills, even Diet fizzy drinks are very acidic and will damage your teeth considerably!
...Linda xx ( A dental nurse)It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
Well done everyone.
I am a Dr. Pepper addict, but I won't be giving up this year. I tried a few times, and finally decided that since I don't smoke and don't drink and eat fairly healthy, I would allow myself one vice. I try to keep it to one or two cans a day though.

I get this too. Weird huh? When you wake up at night and feel thristy nothing seems to work expect DC. I'm getting good at telling my brain not to be so stupid now. I find it passes after 30 mins or so, so I just have to be strict with myself.Debt as at 12th July 2006 - £61,345
