not that moneysaving you might think but seeing as though i buy a 2ltr bottle each day and then have a couple cans at work at lunch thats on average about
£2.40 a day on the stuff, over say 300 days (roughly) thats.... £720 just on this drink.
Its quite alot and i have heard of the scare stories about aspatame etc etc and its just not good anyhoo is it
The problem is i am actually properly addicted to this stuff, i managed without it for 17 days once and thats pitiful lol
so whilst people are stopping smoking i am stopping the Diet Fizz as i don't drink to much of the full fat stuff anyhow!
If anyone wants to join me feel free!

Good luck Will. You can do it!
I am keeping off the chocolate. My name is Hypno and I am a chocoholic. I have been chocolate free for 7 days.....
Good trip on Saturday? Let's hope the usual bad run after Christmas happens in reverse this year!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

thats what i am most worried about, so much so for the last year i drink a pt of semi skimmed milk to counter it but its time to give it up complelty
whoever mentioned caffeine...yes it is and its gonna kick in soon lol, but i don't drink tea or coffee so thats not gonna be a problem

I drink at least one can of diet coke a day and i only do it out of habbit rather then actually enjoying it. For me its a walk away from my desk and i dont class it as proper shopping. I will give my can a day up too - we can do this!!!
Good Luck

:T I'm with you! I worked out my coke habit was costing me around £400 a year. I'd love to go cold turkey, but can't face going without my caffeine fix. So I've started on supermarket brand cola. It was disgusting for the first week, but it's fine once you get used to it. (Honest

I too am addicted to diet coke....
It is one of new year ambitions to cut back (perhaps more realistic than completely giving up).
I haven't had any today (yet - although I did put a 6 pack in the fridge earlier in a moment of weakness...)0
