Just a quick question. I'm not far behind in the weight loss this month. Should a big loss really need to be medically supervised?

A lot depends on how much you need to lose, I need to lose 13 stone (ish) so for me dropping 10-14 in a month would not be a problem, if you have less than 3 stone to lose then yes it could be.

Will get a proper final measurement as I said in the other topic but I don't think I will have done the 7lb.

I would deffo like adding in this month again please, proper carers are in place and things WILL calm down now for the first time since April so I can't wait to get cracking on the proper challenge for August ^_^ I've got a important couple of days 6-7th October and any weightloss for it would be amazing so here we go :D

    Good luck everyone :D

Got room for another one? It's my first time doing one of these.

Let me see, 7lb is probably about what I need to lose in total, but I lose weight very very slowly so might not get all the way there in August, but doing a challenge will help me stick to the straight and narrow.

A colleague at my volunteer job was telling me about a community gym she has joined for £20 a month, no contract, and since I've had a few weeks of work now I might treat myself to a month's pass.
Public appearances now involve clothing. Sorry, it's part of my bail conditions.

    Evening all
Well last month might as well not have happened for me, as I'm starting this month almost as heavy as the last at 9st 13 3/4lbs.
Away with the in-laws Thurs-Sun and have my Aunties 70th on Sunday but I'll weigh in again next Monday and hopefully all the walking done while we're away will help me to report a loss.
Really need to get our portions under control as this is really not my strong point.
Off to catch up with the rest of the thread now

Wow! Just picked up the cross trainer from my MIL's. I did 5 minutes on it and the display read 71 calories burnt. 71 calories in 5 minutes?!?!? Surely that can't be right, if so, I've found my cardio machine lol
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j
