I must get back to the gym but my mouth still hurts and I am under medical supervision for 'nothing too active' I might go and bike ride for 1 hour, but after about 30mins I find it boring, and they do provide the news channel, Music channel, and BBC1.......

Would cutting the lawns tonight count as ok for Monday exercise?

I love you all, for the support, and the fact I 'have' to post up what I have done for the week it keeps me focused, so thank you all. xx
I am glad Mrs Dragon is keeping an eye on you - otherwise who knows what you might get up to- I dont think I would even let you cut the grass:rotfl:
I was getting bored and didnt know what to do next but since I came on here to catch up I now know i need to go on my bike - thanks for the inspiration and the support from everyone here:T

So do I! Jaw is playing up...don't know if its neurological or dental, but it feels like my jaw isn't lining up right. Prrft.

Have done okay so far today...crisps for breakfast, 250 cals for lunch...might have some milky buttons later :)

The bike ride sounds good...the cleaning doesn't! :rotfl:
  • Very happy to say that following my 12lbs loss last month would like to be included again this month. Thank you.

No bike cleaning here this one is at the gym, I just sit on it and peddle, they do the cleaning!

angela110660~ that is a huge loss for one month, please make sure you take care and do things sensibly, are you under medical supervison for such a big loss in one month?

What a lovely hubby you have to buy you a treadmill,:T:T

My OH hired me one, well it was for me and his training for the great north run this year, but he only used it once!!

Yes, it helps that we both are trying to lose weight. Usually, in the evening I head to the conservatory to do half hour on my pilates machine and he sticks with the wii fit. When we collect the cross trainer we'll have them in the same room and will be able to exercise together. I'm mega competitive so can see it being great fun. Every little helps and all that.
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j

Just a quick question. I'm not far behind in the weight loss this month. Should a big loss really need to be medically supervised?
