can i please be added too?

I had no idea this existed til a random rifle through the forums while not watching the disney channel this morning!

my latest downfall is getting a wee job in a local shop. far too full of goodies and temptations. my 'excuse' - "a wee something for the kids" which never actually gets as far as the front door.... bad bad bad

so, am hoping this will get me motivated and challenged.

good luck to everyone! bring on tomorrow

Can I join in please - I have struggled to shift the last stone since having my 4th baby just under 3 years ago (2 babies in 2 years really screwed me). I will weigh myself in a little while to see what my start weight is. We are off on holiday in the middle of the month so I will try and be really good.

    Good luck everyone

    Got you DorsetGirl!

Well I am up a pound on Friday's weight but that's okay, I prefer to weigh in on a Monday so this month has worked out well for me :D, in total I have lost 10 pounds so far and if I can lose a steady pound a week that would be another 21 pounds on Christmas Day

Just did my final weigh in on the July thread so I've a start weight of 227 pounds :( Still such a long way to go but started August brilliantly as Hubby has just bought me a motorised treadmill! Delivery will take a good week but we're off to collect my old cross trainer from my MIL tomorrow so can make start before it arrives. Not been this excited about weight loss/exercise since I lost all the weight 10 years ago. I am definately in the right place to make it work again :D

Good luck to all for this month !!!
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j

    Happy Monday Morning everyone :D

My WI this morning was 71.3 kg so I have lost 1 kilo - sorry will need to learn what that is in pounds. Had a hectic weekend which really helped. Its the boring work week which catches up on me by wanting to snack all the time.

LAM2011 don't worry about translating into pounds I can do that for you if you are happier sticking with kg, oh and congratulations on the loss!

What a lovely hubby you have to buy you a treadmill,:T:T

My OH hired me one, well it was for me and his training for the great north run this year, but he only used it once!!

I must get back to the gym but my mouth still hurts and I am under medical supervision for 'nothing too active' I might go and bike ride for 1 hour, but after about 30mins I find it boring, and they do provide the news channel, Music channel, and BBC1.......

Would cutting the lawns tonight count as ok for Monday exercise?

I love you all, for the support, and the fact I 'have' to post up what I have done for the week it keeps me focused, so thank you all. xx
