Right - going to attempt one more go at the next section - I want to have drafted it within, erm, 20 mins (ish)

    Hello again

I'm back after picking up kids and a long chat with my florist friend.

25% done - what a result! If I do another half hour now I will feel justified in billing for a half day today so that's a result too.

OK, what's the next thrilling task.....

Do you work at night/the weekend or are you caught up with children stuff?

    Hi Sea

I often do work at evenings and weekends.

I'll be doing family stuff tomorrow in the day but may well work in the evening and Sunday. I'll keep a look out for your green light and we can spur each other on.

I've got a nasty job to do that isn't due til the end of July but if I do it sooner and I can invoice sooner. So I will try to get a good amount done this weekend and it will be much more pleasant if I know you're slaving away too!
20 minutes work followed by an MSE break is a very easy way to work!

Hi both Seas Hynpo and Taxi
Well it is essay time again, so your approach has spurred me on. Not going to be able to do work the same time as you most days, but I am going to do my best to at least do 3 20 minute stints each day over the weekend. Wish me luck

Great approach I think - as 20 mins isn't too long, but long enough to get something done - I'll be working on this blummin' thing all weekend - so anyone who is working too help me!! :D

Seaxwyn (why is it that I always have to look up how that's spelt as in my mind I read it is Seawyxen!!) - sounds like a good plan - you'll feel fab if you get a lot of it done! :)

It's quite consoling to know there will be three of us working at the weekend. Good luck with the essay Chev.

I know, why oh why did I choose such a daft name? Hard to spell, impossible to pronounce and only one letter away from looking rather rude! If I'd know I was going to spend half my life under my MSE identity I would have thought harder about what to call myself.

I'm now going to get started on that job, completely neglecting the fact that my kids are playing out on the street at nearly nine o'clock. I hereby set a target of ten hours on that job over the weekend. Good luck everyone and see you on here no doubt.
