Hi Seaxwyn..sorry you are a bit down and I second what Chev said..You have been here before and as Hypno says you always get work...have you done the £175 job yet?
Maybe your answer lies in the above..perhaps you need a employed position and you can do the other bits part time if you wish....then it would save you a lot of worrying.
Sure you'll come to the right deciscion in the end though.

You're welcome too! OK enough faffing (more than enough) today I will
- finish the writing job first of all
- do some proofreading
- if the rain holds off, deliver the Green Party leaflets I said I'd deliver weeks ago
- not look at MSE again until I've done those things.

I'm impatient now to hear about this PR work. I've left a message at the office and texted my friend so cant do any more now for risk of annoying her.

Hello taxi, we posted at the same time.

No I haven't done the £175 job, which is really stupid of me. About to start now, honest. The offer from the PR company isn't an employed job, but more freelance work, however it is better paid than most of the work I do and the company is always busy.

Right I am not coming back here til the work is done, see you later!

OK, I haven't quite finished the work but I have at least started. Anyway, just came in for a mini brag. I've just been offered - and accepted - work one day a week from now til autumn. Rate to be agreed, it won't be as high as the PR company but it will be really enjoyable and also a great thing to do as high profile and will bring me into contact with lots of other potential clients. I'm very happy.

The children have all been keeping themselves entertained as well, playing outside, TV has not been on all day and I haven't heard any squabbling.

Right, quick cup of tea then back to work.

Well done on the job - sounds like just the kind of regular work you were looking for Hope you managed to finish the other one. I know the feeling about putting stuff off - I am a master at "displacement activity"! (MSE is a pretty good one!)
But you have spurred me on - you've reminded me I also have some work that has been on the back burner for months - and it shouldn't take more than an hour - yet if I finish it I will make a little money. So I am going to do it before I go to bed.... I really am .....
