Mine came back at 7 1/2 months but I was exclusively BF for seven months. I did read somewhere though that if you bottle feed, the first one can come straight after the lochia (i.e. no gap in between).
:rotfl: Four babies! I like the reasoning.

We ended up with OH keeping me waiting as he was so tired.SeptemberBaby wrote: »:eek::eek::eek:
OMG! Lucky old DH's is what I say :rotfl:

I did mixed feeding from 3-5 months and thought my period would come back when I wasn't breast feeding every feed, but they didn't come back until I totally stopped breast feeding.
My first period was a nightmare - it lasted 3 weeks :eek: The next ones have been very heavy but they only last 2 days. Sorry if that is TMI
Here I go again on my own....0 -
I bf Jack unsucessfully for 2 weeks then he was bottle fed. My lochia lasted 4.5 weeks and 5 days later my period started. I was not impressed I can tell you......... And they came back regularly every month until the unexpected happened at 6 months........
DH was kept waiting until my lochia and period finished and I think the new year was christened as I didnt want him feeling neglected.0 -
I got mine 6 weeks after the ceasarian, not too bad I thought, very light. But then, on the same day (year ago) my last period was before baby I got another one. And I thought I was going to bleed to death :eek:. My lochia was sooo much lighter... Must mention it to the doc next time I see her...
As for my weighty weight, I'm pretty sure you're supposed to lose the baby tummy, rather than just fill it up with fat instead
! I'm considering going back on slimfast for quick results, but from my previous attempt I know it will all just come back at the first sight of chocolate... :wall:0 -
Check out all the glam mums and cute babes in the avatars! :T (And contrary to what you might think, I did not give birth to a mouse! :rotfl:)0

People keep commenting that at first glance, my avatar looks like me with a giant right boob. I have cropped/zoomed a bit, so that hopefully it looks more like a baby's head than a swollen bustical.

PSML at the giant boob :rotfl: (what sort of weirdos have you been talking to, Snaggles?
Looks like a baby to me!
)
Was it somebody's birthday today? Heather?
(sorry if it's not you
) It's my DH's b-day and I remember somebody here mentioning theirs was on the same day. Whoever it was, hope you're having a great day! :T :bdaycake: 0 -
I'm not going to go into too much detail here, but let's just say it's taken us a lot less than a month both times.SeptemberBaby wrote: »:eek::eek::eek:

(Probably due to hardly any action during the actual pregnancy...
)
Better go before DH reads this :rotfl:0
