iPhone or Galaxy 2?

Is there an app to stop apple fanbois bleating like born again christians?
And what exactly is your beef against born again Christians? Just because someone's found a better meaning to life doesn't mean they should be subject to ridicule and your nasty comments. Jealousy and ignorance on your part perhaps?
As for the person who has started this thread, just pop into an Apple store or a phone store and compare the iphone to any other phone on the market. In an Apple store you can spend hours on the demo phones without anyone bothering you. You should get a good feel of the phone and after 15 - 30 mins or so you'll know if you want it or not. Anyway, do let us know which phone you buy.0 -

I think its clear you are incapable of understanding fatcs. I'm not disputing that other peoples opinions can differ. It's your opinion that the SGS2 is the better phone and it's my opinion that the iPhone 4 is the better phone. There is no amount of 'proof' you can show me to prove me wrong, just like there's no amount of 'proof' I can show you to prove you wrong, because they are just opinions. Either accept that, or leave this thread.

Without stoking the flames further in this two sided debate .
AnandTech have just released their SGS2 review .

You should also be able to find a review of the other phone on the site .

Below I have quoted myself, notice that the the quoted is not opinion it is fact. Now just because you might be of the opinion that a ford fiesta is a better racing car that a formula 1 vehicle doesn't make your opinion right.
And I've said to you time and time again that there is more to making a good phone than just slapping together the fastest hardware. You also have to consider the OS and associated support. You're looking only at the spec sheet which means you are not looking at a huge part of what contributes to whether a phone is good or not; the OS.
If the SGS2 had iOS and the same level of support from Samsung as you get from Apple, then yes, I would agree it was the better phone.
However, as the SGS2 is running Android and doesn't have the same level of support as Apple, then I'd say the iPhone 4 is the better phone.0 -
No I wouldn't get an iPhone 4 now. As the new iPhone 5 will have the processor from the ipad2 a lot of apps will soon appear written for that power making the 4 less useful and unable to use them.
There are ipad2 apps being released now that an iPad 1 cannot use and this will be the same for the iphone4. Would you sign up for an iPhone 4 on a 24 month contract on that basis? Not me.0 -

hi
I am a proud owner of an Iphone 3GS which I own outright making it MSE friendly.:money:(Birthday Pressie from Family major birthday).
I would go for an Iphone as Samsung Galaxy apps are not well developed and anyway with an Iphone you get to have a 1) toy with all the apps available on App store and 2) a very functional phone.
The 3GS has GPS useful for maps etc but the Iphone functions as
1) Recorder ( I have a professional app and why the swearword not!)
2) mini recording studio ( something to look into)
3) money saving device various budgeting apps.
4) Art apps so one can do art as well.
From exercise monitoring to making phone calls and texts the Iphone is the perfect Toy aka multifunctional device which also texts!:D#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.

A Good MSE IMHO knows eqaully how to spend it as well as how to save it, hence my qaulity preference. It is cheaper to get something you enjoy like that functions that waste money and be unhappy. Happiness is moneysaving you don't have to be !!!!less or not budget, just develop tastebuds in all sorts of ways to know the good stuff in order to most important at bargain, NAB THE GREAT STUFF!! happy days!#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.
