Hi,
Don't worry about the tyre, her insurance will explain it all to her if she needs to claim.

whoa there, I think we're going a bit far -- as far as I can tell the poor woman hasn't even been told yet!
always give the stupid the chance to learn from their mistakes before dobbing them in :A0 -
Don't know how anyone can drive very far with one of these fitted, five miles was enough for me (in an emergency)
Binned it and bought a full sized wheel and tyre, it doesn't fit in the well but I can put up with the inconvenience0 -

Trying to steer round a bend, or brake heavily, when you've got vastly different grip levels at the front is a recipe for disaster. And that's even if you stick below the manufactuers recommended speed rating:(
Are you sure? I seem remember on a Datsun 300 the spare is a deflated space saver squished as small as possible with a ratchet strap which the manufactures say can ONLY be fitted on the front
In case of a rear puncture you have to…..
Remove ratchet strap
Blow up space saver using the supplied natty little 12V compressor
Jack front of car up, remove front wheel & replace with inflated space saver
Lower car
Jack rear of car up, remove rear wheel & replace with full size front
Struggle to find space to store deflated but still full size rear wheel
Lower car
Finish driving across France to catch ferry
Happy days0 -
Anyone with a sign in the back of their car saying "Baby/Princess/Child on board" makes me immediatley think RETARD, there's being proud of your child but to advertise the fact in your back window is seriously !!!!!!, particularly as a) you have wasted a couple of quid on it (Not MSE) and b) no one gives a s***. It's no surprise that a lot of drivers I see that have these signs are either speeding or driving like a !!!!.553780080

You really think that in the case of an accident, the sign is still going to be in the back window? Do you have a sign in your back window?553780080
