Hi All
I have been ignoring these threats for ages now and because of all the info on here, feeling ok about all this. However I recieved yet another letter today saying - "You have recently been written to by ourselves and our solicitors Graham White. As this matter has not been resolved and no payment has been made, the account has been referred back to me to consider the suitability of legal action for this account." ...........bla bla etc......"I have been instructed by our client to give you one final opportunity to settle this matter and I have been authorised to accept a lesser sum providing that this payment is made within the next 14 days".
Can anyone tell me if this is a sign that they are maybe considering giving up? Hope so cos i'm getting sick and tired of thes letters! Thanks to all that help out on this forum!0 -
Keep on ignoring themWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

PPC Appeals: 8 [accepted: 2, rejected: 5, pending: 1]
POPLA: 4 [accepted: 4, rejected: 0, pending: 0]0 -

Did you know that all the letters come from the same place?

There is no 'passing the file to and fro' except between the students' desks who work for Steve Dargonne (ex Bank Manager who must know what he is involved with) at Roxburghe's call centre.
This is all part of the letter chain and if you've had the Graham White ones already, they are running out of options now and must have spent a fortune on p&p!!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
