Is there any way you could bottle the aroma of roasting chicken  then you could always have that "fresh roasted chicken" smell in the kitchen.

The bottled chicken smell could be sold to 'slummy-mummys' to make it seem like I have been slaving over a hot stove all day [STRIKE]really I've nipped to Morrisons and bought a cooked one. [/STRIKE]

Blimey Haribo, I have a chicken for weekend and though I would do well to have roast on Sunday and OH sandwiches and Risotto on Monday. I now see that I am wasteful and will try and stretch it a bit further. Wind chimes, well I will have to think about that.

Hi Haribo - you could always carve the bones into tasty (sorry, tasteful) ornaments to sell on eBay and the very thin bones could be tapered and used as knitting needles. If you get the complete chicken before anything has been removed, you could use the beak as a bulldog-clip.

I always wondered about the logic behind this: the rabbit had four of them and ...

Anyway, if you remove a chicken's foot, the tendon running up the leg comes with it and has to be cut. If you then hold the foot by the "ankle" and pull on the tendon, the claws move!

You remember that scene in the first Doctor Who film, where they scoop the Dalek creature out of the Dalek machine ...

I wonder if you can help me with this. Can you give me simple meals that I can cook to make my whole chicken last for more than one day.

    Thanks MSErs

    Hi guys,

Ive read on here somewhere about making a chicken last, I "cook" them chickens that are in plastic bags lol, cos its being steamed in its ever so moist.

At the moment its only me and my 18month old, who absolutley loves chicken, I was wondering what sort of recipes could I use to make it last, and also when I cut the chicken up, what do I do leave it there to stand then shove it in the fridge or do I cover it up in cling film/ foil , lol Im such a noivce, before I would have eaten what we could then thrown it in the bin :o

Chicken pasta bake? How would I go about making that?

If anyone is ever so kind to reply to me,could your recipe's be detailed lol, I'm one of those people that have to follow them to the core.

    Thanks x
