    The deposit is found from the bottom of the chain (so it will be your buyers) and then gets fed up through the chain. You don't actually do anything as the solicitors deal with that. Its the top of the chain which gets the deposit so really its down to them how much they will accept.

    Excellent! It's soooo good to have that clarified - my fiancee's parents said the same thing, but although I know they've been through it before, I just had a doubt that "what if that isn't right", but I believe it now! :j

    Fingers crossed nothing will happen to put a spanner in the works, 'cos at the moment it's looking to be a VERY quick process...

    I managed to get some proper boxes on freecyle and some supermarket boxes on there too. I can also get boxes from removal company and they will sell me some bubble wrap

    I am starting properly tomorrow I got my utility companies sorted out for new home.
