sounds like good news Lynz. Suggests that your buyers have transferred money to their solicitors, ready for the deposit to be paid to your solicitors.

    Update

Just paid my solictor the balance of the costs imvolved, stamp duty, EA, searches, ouch

My buyers should of signed today and my sellers tommorow. Tommoro getting another quote for removing, touch would 2 weeks tommorow we move. :) I cant wait its been a bloody nightmare. On top of that had to get the house repaired due to storm damage. I may claw some of it back as I been instructed by solicitor to deduct £340 for work on new house, which includes hoovering the loft ready for spray so we may clean it ourselves and then get them to spray it.

Hope it works out for your guys, Lynz a bloody nightmare for you lets hope (fingers crossed) ends a.s.a.p and a good result too :)

Its a week later than we hoped, but hey ho, at least I know where I stand!!!! :D I feel much better now, although still havent exchanged yet, but should do by the end of the week, early next.

For me the anguish of waiting, money, its far too stressful, I thought before we said yes to house, I would like to get a slightly bigger house and much bigger garden, but its out of my reach for now. After the 5k of costs which is an awful lot of dosh, I have seconds thoughts but who knows what happens in the future.
