ok, so you just say i've already applied for that one etc.
yes and I had to show it to them on my detailed list of job applications and tell them what date I applied and to who and they would activate the print out and stick it in my file

I was told I had to use the job seekers direct site and phone for a search and apply for minimum wage jobs which I have doen and still do and not had anything back from any of the jobs I have applied from job seekers direct.
if you use the website you dont have to phone for a search. i know because i asked about this when i recently changed my agreement. you have to be willing to do minimum wage jobs but you arent specifically required to apply for minimum wage jobs. you are just expected to be willing to apply for anything you can do and not ignore a job because its minimum wage.

you say 'providers find jobs by looking at websites of employment agencies and jobcentre plus.' but I am doing that already and they wont support you in going to the agencies so they will be wasting their time.
being sent to a provider is largely a waste of time but they can sometimes find jobs you havent found yourself.

yes you are - it says 'willing to work for £5.93 per hour' so that means I have to apply as if they showed me a job for £5.93 an hr and I say 'no thanks' they would make me apply. I have applied for jobs playing min wage and not got interviews as I had too much experience.

it was not the provider, it was the job centre

so why have you got restricted hours? That prevents you getting a job, no?
i think you have already asked me this recently. i will answer again. what it does is it gives me more control over what i do and makes it harder for the jobcentre to push me around. just because i have restricted hours on my agreement it doesnt mean i cant apply for jobs outside of those hours if i fancy them. there is also a health issue that means irregular hours would be a risk to my health.

so if its a health reason thats why YOU can restrict the hours, i cant
