They will increase, but only for the next buyer. If you look up an extended property on the voa website, it should have a little blue symbol by it (I think a blue circle with an "i" in it). This indicates that the house is subject to review upon move.
    I think....

I see what you mean 'So Mrs MichaelsMIL when you applied for a visitors visa you made out how much you had to return for to convince us that you would indeed return and now you are actually telling us you have nothing to return too and your only option is to stay...'
Unwise. Because she's presumably stated all her assets and income on her applications for VVs.
    I think....

She posted about 7 minutes ago on this thread. Look at the bottom of the previous page!
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

How odd. And how annoying. At the risk of stating the obvious, you have got cookies enabled, and the "remember me" box ticked, haven't you?

no builders tomorrow. Rather hillariousy in this collapsing pile they have found something so firmly built they can't proceed as planned so we have to go back to the drawing board. Option 1 at is break four more of the original flags :( so work has halted til the architect and structura engineer can get here. They might sandblast the walls before then though, or start the investigation work into the wall in the dining room to be.

If it seems to be doing something random for no ostensible reason, have you tried turning the computer off and on again?

Just wanted to share a random piece of good news. DS's class teacher (who seems, as far as I can tell, to be a nice man and a good teacher) is back at work this week. The operation on his back was a success and he is no longer in constant pain or significantly limited in his mobility. :) :j

How fascinating to be involved in an archaeological dig, but how frustrating it must be, too!
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
