I assume you were extracting the urine?
I cannot imagine NDG in it at all....
I can imagine me in it though. I love kitch and with my ample bosom and long curly hair suit ''the baroque''. I'd surround it with taxidermy big cats and pug dogs and spread my zebra skin on the floor and have a velvet bedspread. (I'm not getting it though, mine is going to be far more LJ scaring.:p)
I promise with the lir treatment, it would be very laughable but not vomit inducing.
Meanwhile I've been playing with altogether more tasteful design for the sitting room and love this one which I actually got as a sample for sort of faux pelmets for the kitchen (where the cost wouldn't have been astronomical because wouldn't have needed much for my purpose there...ok, I know its expensive, but I like it...PN, don't click thre link, you'll feel obliged to try and beat sense into me). Anyway, now I think instead I want it in the sitting room. I'm trying to be sensible about this and know it would be far too tasteful a colour scheme for dh and I with the paint we've chosen for the room it could even be described as ''subtle''. Which generally isn't us. But I'm looking at it on the paint sample and its lovely. I would eventually have to recover our little sofas, which are pink (one is shocking pink one is a silvery pink) and grass green. so MSE I cannot make it, even to myself. If I leave the sample on the wall long enough I might get bored though.0 -

I've bought a woodburner to go in the kitchen which is going to be dh's study in the fireplace which hosts the dead boiler. The firplace has been assymetrically bricked/blocked in so I'm going to start on removing that bit this weekend. it feels like this could be nearing the end of my posting days, as I fully expect the house to fall down on me when I start.
I read the first line & thought of this:
Not the best image of lir...:rotfl:It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
