I want to see the penguins in their natural habitat (as opposed to Whipsnade or London zoo), but can't face long flights. OH is determined to get me to Australia at some point.

We were planning on going somewhere like the Maldives for our silver wedding anniversary later in the year, but don't know if that will be possible now.

I guess I've never had holidays because years ago you didn't get paid annual leave - and I wasn't that well paid anyway .... and I never had anybody to travel with. So, on the basis of not having paid holidays and nobody to go with it'd be madness to just go on holiday and sit somewhere entirely alone (not being one for social chit chat and mingling).

If I had somewhere to go and somebody to go with I'd go.

Is it in Elstree again this time? Always found the live feed saved looking out the window to see what the weather was doing...

    .

That's what was confusing me. The weather's so variable today. How can it be "Its cold and raining out", just 7 miles North of where it's sunny and warm? It's not like Elstree is up a mountain. I know this is an English summer, but that's just plain ridiculous.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Do you mind if I ask two questions? Where is on everyone's to do list travel wise, and what's their favourite place they've been to? Can be in this country too Pastures.

    Favourite places I've been to:

    Isles of Scilly
    Kent
    Jersualem
    Delhi
    Moscow & St. Petersburg
    Lwow, Lublin, Zamosc and Krakow
    Tallinn

I'd love to go to Libya, Syria and Iran - but not right at the moment. I also fancy visiting St. Helena and the Falklands.

I agree that bikinis don't give enough coverage. I tried tankinis, but they didn't give me much shape - though easy to wear.

They suit me, because my waist is narrow compared to my hips - or to put it the other way, my hips and thighs are big for my waist (-:

These ladies, for example, should probably avoid bikinis:

Even on very slim and fit women, bits tend to dig in, and not look great:

Don't like the colour / pattern, but the style's flattering:

I've not got a bikini, so I'll sit this one out on my favourite bench http://c.cslacker.com/2724l.jpg
