If I ever went on one it'd be an inside room (due to cost). Cruises are really expensive for singles ... I'd never be in an outside room/suite with a balcony :(

You're walking, they are just sitting and smoking.

If it was warm they wouldn't need cardies would they? I mean what sort of look is a bikini with a wrap on top?

I'm going to say, controversially, that I don't much like bikinis. Very few women look good in them - almost all women look better with a bit more coverage, IMO. I'm in reasonable shape, but I don't look good in a bikini. I've got a nice tankini, and I think they look a lot better.

Have you really never been abroad at all? Not even Ireland, or France?

I've never been to the West Indies or anywhere near that, either.

At the risk of being repetitive, can I quote Dr. Johnson?

No man will be a sailor who has contrivance enough to get himself into a jail; for being in a ship is being in a jail, with the chance of being drowned ... A man in a jail has more room, better food, and commonly better company.

    Surely you mean Curri Gooat?
yes, I'd concur with tomterm. I haven't seen that many sheep in the Caribbean! Goats yes, and coated goats......go-at curry....mmmmmmmmmmm. My favourite sheep are castlemilk moorits http://castlemilkmooritsociety.co.uk/default.aspx then the things like soay and boreray and tomtems sheep. But even I think castlemilks are cute.....only problem is you can't get near 'em usually. :)

Doing the ironing and switched the TV on to...celebrity big brother.

There is a guy from big fat gypsy wedding in it. Sally Bercow (the speaker's wife) is trying to explain to some blonde woman what a gypsy is, the girl doesn't understand. Unbelievably thick and those Jedward characters - more brain cells in their hair gel than in their head.

All the young girls are in bikinis with woolly shrugs/ cardigans on top. This is less than 2 miles from here. Its cold and raining out, who would wear a bikini?

I do agree, but given the choice between a bikini and a mankini...

Painting pebble dash is a pain in the a$$ even when using trade weathershield on 3 for 2 from B&Q. However I do think white was the correct choice and all the new rendering is smooth so whenever it does next need painting it shouldn't be too bad.
    I think....

I agree that bikinis don't give enough coverage. I tried tankinis, but they didn't give me much shape - though easy to wear.

I love Italy. Had lots of different holidays there. Once rented a deserted villa in Tuscany. May be a bit too much like home from home for the farming NP. Great holiday on Lake Garda. But the Euro makes it expensive at the moment.

Yup same studio as before. Though, to be pedantic, Elstree studios are in Borehamwood not Elstree. Right next to Tesco so the queuing public can stock up on vodka/ bin bags/ umbrellas/ folding chairs.
