Morning, no worries Savingmore, I'd originally estiamted around £1k for the holiday anyway, so it still falls within that so am happy :)

This morning the mortgage payment has gone out and the halifax £5 reward has gone in, so they will be added to the mortgage pot and updated accordingly. The travel insurance has tracked at quidco now too, so altogether I have £150ish to come from quidco at some point, although they seem slower than ever at paying out these days :o

The electric meter reading has been submitted and we managed another month at £27 last month, which I'm pleased with as its consistent and as I don't have gas at all it doesn't seem too bad :) I am currently £155 in credit with that account so am not worried about it even when we do use it more in the winter :)

Todays plan involves some housework, popping in to my friends to do another bet with her, maybe some shredding or davina  I am suddenly really motivated again with ww, purely because of the holiday, it makes such a difference having something to work towards :D

Bathroom and lounge are all tidy and have been cleaned, now on to my bedroom and then the kitchen and hall. Ds made me promise not to touch his room as he's half way through building some Lego and doesn't want any of it moved :)

After that lot I will have a shower and then get some bits from the garage and so a few bits and pieces, then I will have the rest of the day for seeing my friend and planning some money making :D

My bedroom is done, bedding is in the machine, hall is done, just the kitchen left to go :) I'm going to my friends at around 4 so should have time to get davina done before that.

Stopping for a bit to have some brekkie now, then I'll crack on with the kitchen, at least then the flat will be sorted again :) I've also done a couple of surveys this morning, a few more pennies nearer to payouts ;)

So I went to my friends and then went to tesco to fill up with petrol, I checked on petrol prices before I went and they were the cheapest, plus I used my 5p a litre voucher too :T, that still came to £36 though. Also popped in for some milk and ended up spending £14  but I shouldn't need to do muxh of a food shop next week hopefully now :o

Home again now, thighs are aching nicely :D Can't find anything much around the flat worth ebaying, still have 5 ww points left for today, I had a quorn lasagne fot tea and it was only 12 points for the whole lot (half would have done if I was short of points), and it was really yummy, will definitely be getting some more of them :T

Honestly, given that you have such a long time before you travel, even if you do inadvertently make a mistake, you have plenty of time to rectify it....

Very exciting to be planning a holiday - I hope to be doing the same soon :)

And that there is absolute NO shadow behind the person either. There was a tiny amount on DS2 professionally taken photos, and the post office lady rejected them and we had to get another lot done.....

I imagine the DS will be SO excited about doing a BUS holiday. Nice spot!
I want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?
