This morning we went to the local country park with our bikes, we only did about 6 miles as my back wheel kept rubbing on the brake pad so it felt like the brakes were applied every time the wheel went round, meaning I was knackered

I took a picnic with us but still spent £3 on a sandwich as ds was still hungry. Other than that today has been a nsd. Home now, dinners on, tomorrow ds is going out for the day with mum so I'm hoping to get on with some ebay stuff while its quiet

Morning, well allegedly it is; last night I was still awake at 3am, now I'm suffering for it
Ds is off out with mum for the day soon, then I'm planning on getting some bits on turbolister ready to upload to ebay at some point. At least then I can have a lazy sofa day

So having not counted a propoint for three months and not having been to a WW meeting for 2 months I finally ventured back there tonight, and I have lost half a pound since last time :j :j I have no idea how thats happened, although I haven't eaten much today, but it has given me the motivation to clamber back on board the ww wagon again properly
I stayed for the talk bit tonight, which I rarely do, and the leader was telling everyone about this wonderful new thing shes come across called shred :rotfl: :rotfl: Shes done 2 weeks of it now and has lost 7cms from her waist, so I may even dig out my copy of it again soon ...
I'm in bed already, shattered, ds is still playing with his buses in the lounge, he had a great day with mum today

We've been to a friends house this morning, had lunch and nipped into tescos for some bread, milk, fruit and veg (£16). Now ds is playing and I'm pottering doing bits and pieces indoors; I've tidied the airing cupboard and the cupboard under the bathroom sink, may start to tackle my bedroom drawers and cupboards this afternoon
