I am so sorry to hear about DS.
I just wish there was something I could say/do that would help.
I hope it is not a case of the other children winding him up until he reacts, as they are obviously aware of his breaking point and this would be a poor reflection on the school and the other parents.
Anyway hugs to you and DS (I'm sure he's not a bad lad just sensitive to life's problems).

I echo the above especially with the question about others winding him up. Some children are very cruel and will do this in order to get a reaction (as I am sure you are well aware!).

I usually lurk but have read your diary for sooooooooo long now and just wanted to say you have been doing such a good job with your son (and the mortgage of course) and I am sorry that things have come to this. My ex fought tooth and nail through the courts - took me there at every opportunity - he had been violent so I fought BUT it cost me my entire life savings - £16000 - he was awarded everything he wanted and then at the last minute lost his temper in court and attacked the judge - and he hasn't seen our child since - he told the judge to **** off and went for him physically - he had to be restrained (a charmer). It cost me everything but the outcome was worth it. I feel sick at the thought of your ex oh playing games with you and hope you can stay strong for your son. From experience the court system appreciates give and take but also do look at the best interests of the child ie supporting their interests. Wishing you well.I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!0

Thank you all, ds had a good day today (was in isloation at school), and they have arranged a meeting with the educational psychologist for next wednesday which at least is something at last
The crim has just phoned and get this .... I told him about ds, he said he wanted to attend the meeting next week, I said I didn't think it would be sensible as we were already arguing on the phone, and he ended up saying its my fault for ds behaviour as I have told him loads of horrible stuff about him and where he is etc, and then he went on to say that its my fault he's where he is!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: Apparently I put so much pressure on him that he was forced into it and I'm to blame for him being in prison!!!!  The guy is just utterly deluded and totally incapable for taking any responsibility for his behaviour!!Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

omg the guy is either thick or just bloody stupid - how on earth is it your fault this man needs to get his brain tested !! I would have laid into him when he said that he has a bl00dy nerve. Ben Ben please dont think any of it is your fault it is all down to him and no one else. Please dont let him make you think you are at fault in any way. We are all here for you here dont take it to heart please.
