He said he feels that the school are rubbish and don't challenge ds, and that I am to blame for everything from ds behaviour to him being in prison, he just wants to help but no-one has asked him what he does differently becuase ds always behaves for him  He went on to say he'll let his solicitor know about it all and can't wait to see me in court  He said "this could have been discussed at mediation but you didn't want to do it!", i said that was because i can't afford it as I am supporting ds financially on my own, and he said that that was just an excuse   and that anyway, I should have done it becuause now it will cost me even more  He's such such such an idiot, I really do have the very worst taste in men ever don't IMortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Spent £15 in M&S on a dine in meal deal and a few other bits, £5 in the poundshop on a couple of bits for our holiday and £6 in superdrug on shampoo and a few bits and pieces.
Mooching at home now then going to see my brother and family later.Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

We've had a nice day today, went to see Dad this morning, then picked up a couple of bits of food shopping followed by a lazy afternoon of housework, playing chess and draughts with ds, homework, baths etc and a yummy roast dinner
Mr S wasn't working today, he's been on nights all week but hopefully I will see him at some point this week. Nothing much else to report at the moment, I need to read through the letter I've done for the crims solicitor, I still feel so nervous and stressed about itI have pretty much agreed to all the points he's asked for, the only bits that aren't agreed in full are; (a) he wants his weekends to be at the same pick up / drop off times as before, I've agreed to this but have asked that he ensures ds attends his football commitments (I have changed the drama to mondays) and (b) handovers, I have said I am prepared to do them at the train station as requested (15-20 min drive each way for me) but he has said that when he gets a car he wants to meet almost halfway. I have said I'm not prepared to do tbis until he is making a financial contribution towards ds. I *know* I'm not being unreasonable, I have agreed to all the other points, please tell me if you think I'm being fair or if it went to court that he would get his way??
