Its amazing how much better my mood is today and I am convinced its because its been a sunny day and I've had the windows open and some fresh air in, makes such a difference

Day five of shred is done, I upped the weights tonight for all of it expect the anterior raises (?) which kill, left those with the smaller weights

Comps not done yet, am in a nice clean bed now though so planning to do those and flick through the new Next directory to see if there's any nice bikins in there to motivate me for the summer

Morning all, managed a decent nights sleep last night so feel quite good today The plan for today is as follows:

• shred
• baths
• ds to complete last thankyou letter
• deliver said thankyou letters
• meet friend for a walk in the forest after lunch
• ds to do homework
• ironing
• do tesco food order
• hoover
• clean bathroom
• clean guinea pigs
• eyebrows ...
• 10 comps

Think thats enough to be going on with for now

Just popping in with my weigh-in.
This week I have lost 2.5lb. I am so pleased as it was a bit half hearted as I was being very MSE and using up leftover Christmas goodies.
