We went for a lovely long walk, did just under 10,000 steps so may skip shred tonight, will see

We did a 4 mile walk in the forest today, was a lovely day out there. Found 3 geocaches
and I've been good apart from a hot choc at Costa but I've no idea how many syns, probably best I don't know!
