Ahem I am not posting here at all cos a. forgot completely about weighing myself (can't imagine how I forgot about that lovely experience) and b. Eat less chocolate doesn't appear possible. Have the decorators in and work has been shocking.

SO I am going to start on Sunday. really really really I will.

I've looked into getting Shred but there seems to be different ones. Which is the best to get started with or are they all complete hell? I'm reasonably fit but could always do with extra toning up....

Morning all, sorry for disappearing last night, was in one of *those* moods, mainly because cutie hasn't called :o I know I shouldn't let it bother me but it does, and I ended up eating half of ds portion of chips and then 2 bags of foam bananas :(:( After that I felt even more rubbish so went to bed early. Luckily I have woken up in a better mood today so normal service will resume ;)

I have been to the shop below where I live this morning as they are closing down today (card shop), and I spent £4.80 but for that I got 2 gift bags, a pack of party invites and 13 birthday cards, so my stash is well stocked again (although all female cards), and will hopefully save me some money throughout the year :)

Todays plans involve taking my aunt to a party this evening, paying in some cheques, finishing ds thankyou letters, tidying and cleaning the flat, not checking my phone every 30 seconds, and shredding (at least once but maybe twice to make up for yesterday).

  • Glad to hear you are feeling more upbeat today. 'Be mean and keep 'em keen' my Dad always says. Fab bargains at the card shop.

I have been on the scales today (after breakfast) and have lost 2lb, which I have to say I am very pleased with after my very shaky start at the begining of the week.

Well done everybody that has posted their weight loss. xx
