I did my first pole class for over 2 months tonight. I'm really going to ache tomorrow.
Do we have our first weigh-in tomorrow? I don't feel like I've lost anythingIt's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0 -

I feel a bit guilty admitting that I've lost 4lb this week
although since finding this out this morning I've had loads of biscuits and would have had a mince pie until I found it was rock solid  so have probably put 2lb back on

2 lb loss for me, which considering I haven't started properly yet - is a good start! Should start shredding again really - as that did seem to change my body shape massively last time and after all its only 28 days.......
Well done for all of you that have started shredding already :T2023 Weekly Cash Envelope Savings Challenge #04

That is brilliant! and I have just done 'The Shred' :j (thats me doing jumping jacks!) - decided to bite the bullet instead of making excuses not to start. The trick will be keeping it up, but hopefully once I can see a difference it will help encourage me, and knowing you girlies are all at it aswell helps :beer:2023 Weekly Cash Envelope Savings Challenge #04

OMG - I've just ordered this from Amaz*n! I probably have about a stone to lose - haven't dared go near the scales recently. Mind you, I think I will only do it during the week when DH and my two boys aren't around! Problem is that I like my food too much and we still have a load of tempting chocs and stuff left from Christmas.0
