I'm starting SW on Weds eve, have got lots of bad stuff to get through first! Did walk 5 miles yesterday and will be walking at Lepe later.

So I decided to start yesterday as it was the 1st.
I weighed in at a hefty 15st 3lb which is my heaviest ever (nothing to be proud of).
Well the healthy eating started yesterday and I had a lovely long walk.
    Today the healthy eating continues.
I shall be working hard to lose 7lb in January.
My weight at the end of January should be 14st 10lb.
I'm hoping that it may be even less but not going to stress about it.
Have a good day Benben :)

Back from the soft play place, ds had a good run about and burned off some energy :) Spent £6 (£4.50 entrance and £1.50 on some chips for ds (took a bottle of water with me so didn't need to pay for a drink ;))

Just done another qualifying bet which will earn me a free £10 bet later today, so hopefully my mortgage pot for 2012 will be up and running at some point today :D

I just enter random ones from the competition board on here Amber, I don't do many at all and haven't done any for months, but when I do them regularly then I have won several bits and pieces, nothing major but a few nice bits which I either then keep or stick in my present box :)
