I'm starting SW on Weds eve, have got lots of bad stuff to get through first! Did walk 5 miles yesterday and will be walking at Lepe later."Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little." Edmund Burke

So I decided to start yesterday as it was the 1st.
I weighed in at a hefty 15st 3lb which is my heaviest ever (nothing to be proud of).
Well the healthy eating started yesterday and I had a lovely long walk.
Today the healthy eating continues.
I shall be working hard to lose 7lb in January.
My weight at the end of January should be 14st 10lb.
I'm hoping that it may be even less but not going to stress about it.
