If I am not eating at home (and therefore not in control) I tend to use the 'filling and healthy' list as a guide. Generally it has worked for me.
I weighed myself this morning, and am xx stone 13 pounds, so aim to be xx-1 stone 13 by the end of Jan (there's no way I'm putting the real number in!)
I did go out for a walk first thing, and had my boots with the fancy soles.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Will be starting tomorrow, as still had a few bits to finish up! I might actually use my exercise bike instead of shredding at first-might be too much of a shock otherwise
. Aiming for half a stone loss for January and that won't happen unless I start and keep to this challenge.

Breakfast done and points tracked, I had scrambled egg on toast which worked out at 11 points  (didn't have nimble bread, only had normal white loaf ), but it will keep me full for ages so can probably get away with a smaller meal later.
I am going to shred tonight as ds is staying at mums as he doesn't have school tomorrow but I do. I'll do shred and then have my bath, do my eyebrpws etc when he's there.
