Oh yeah i can join this thread .....
We have accepted an offer 4% below asking price. I have found a solicitor and am waiting to hear about a survey date (thread on forum). We are moving back to the house that we currently rent out and the buyers have a cash buyer buying theres, and the EA has told me that there sale is tight and has had surveys, sale agreed etc...
I just hate waiting for things ... im so impatient !
I cant wait to start the new house as we are going to have a massive extension added and the whole house is being gutted.
I have never sold an house before so i dont know what to expect, but im going to prey at church every week that it goes smoothly and we complete asap.
I am hopeing tat we will complete by the end of july ..... do you think this would be optomistic ???
