If Npower messed me around like that, I'd be off like a shot. However, I'm with the Co-Op & cannot find anywhere cheaper (and their c/s are all UK-based, so no struggling to understand them).
Well done to your DD2 for passing her test. Does she know she can't 'officially' drive until she has received the full license through the post (not that it stopped any of us).Never Knowingly Understood.
