Dinah I didn't know it had got that high! How did it get to £30K??! And where is this new thread? I can't see it. I'm sure you can beat it though, you did so well at the start when you battled your first debt!! Plus, how did you get so old that you need a new driving licence?! You're making me feel old! I thought you were about 24 still!! Do you have to pay a fee to get a new one?
You asked first so I've quoted you,but I know everyone asked it. It got up to 30k because we've finally included the car loan and the student loan in the total. Student loan is by far the lowest priority of everything, but it would be nice to have the extra £150 in the paycheck every month.I forgot to say.. hapy birthday NIM i hope you had a fabulous timeAnd i want to see pictures of the cake!
Also Dinah i think thats good about the MA! At least theyre showing investment in you! And NIM with the payrise potential/new job! Did he finish his (was it law?) OU Degree? Even if the money goes on travel it's still about the long term gains I guess and the potential to earn more. I thought you were looking to maybe move when the house is finished anyway so if there was a new job on the cards then maybe that would just be taken into consideration when deciding where to live?! (sorry if i've got that all completely wrong!)
Not selling anymore, now that its finished we like it too much!
Don't know why it didn't quote you CMD, but yes there were some big house purchases, a stove and some flooring most notably, but obviously there were the initial builders costs and a lot of DIY expenses along the way.
Will post a new thread link once I've made the new thread, currently working on it
