Oooh I love a good before and after! I promise to share some of ours when we get back from New York too, place might be a bit more organised by then.
Been spending all day researching new york. Its restaurant week while we're there so all the restaurants have great set price menus really cheap - I think I might need to plan things a bit better to try to make sure we can go to a couple.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I feel like this has been a very productive day. Awake at 7:30 ready for delivery of Freezer. NIM then started stripping the ceiling and the back wall of 'the box' (the grow room that was in our garage when we moved in. We considered taking up fairly large scale cannabis production as we had all the facilities and it would clear the debt, but decided on balance crime never pays) so now there is a lot more light and space in there - although the window it was covering is in much worse knick than we thought.
I've ordered our dollars, and a NY city pass which is one ticket to get us into most attractions at a bit of a saving. I've also done a little research (lots more to do though!) into things to do while we're there.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Would rather watch Casualty then that tripe.
OK there has a been one or two good singers the rest have just been following in their shadows on the Simon bandwagon as he tries to get more cash out of the British public.
Will get on my soap box and go back to the kitchen.0 -

Also it is where the food is kept so while Mrs Poolie is transfixed by c*ap (XFactor) I get to raid the fridge. Get the beers open.
PS - Has somebody cleaned the kitchen in this 70 bedroom house we have here? Its a bit tidier than normal?0 -

I am going to have to come round house and put you TV through!
Big Brother should have been allowed to die. I hear that Jedward are being classed as celebrities for the Celebrity Big Brother - !!!!!!! Also Mrs Bercow - When did she become a celeb she is only married to the Speaker of the House of Commons.
Back to fridge raiding - Its like Raiders of the Lost Ark in there.0 -
