Beef/Chicken/Vegetable cubes - 10 for 19p
Also bought
Mixed herbs 19p
Tinned rice pudding 17p
Fabric conditioner 2L 88p
Haven't tried the conditioner yet but will be doing a wash overnight and will let you know tomorrow if it is any good.
Hey 2gorgeousgirls, great to hear from you as ever, the thread is still going on, cant believe the amount of import from fellow moneysavers!!! please do let me know how the value washing conditioner is. BTW, if you have a sainsburys near you, i strongly recommend basic baby lotion, only 11p, and fantastic

Morrisons value lemonade wasn't great - had hardly any taste and made what should have been a gorgeous pimms a bit boring.
Morrisons value rice snaps (rice crispies) - daughter said they were disgusting and they did indeed look pretty horrible. Basically disintegrated in the bowl.
Yay for Morrisons value (and Tesco and sainsbury basic) biscuits. We've so far tried the jaffa cakes, choc chip cookies, chocolate digestives, bourbons and custard creams (can you tell we like biscuits?!) and they're all really nice.
Also good was the Morrisons recycled loo roll. Cheaper than the basics and was absolutely fine to use."I've fallen down a hole" - said in best Monty Python voice-over.0 -
Thanks for recommending the baby lotion. No Sainsbury's in my town but there is one about 10 miles away. Next time i'm in that direction I will pick up some of the items on the Sainsbury's list.:)
Tried the fabric conditioner in my overnight wash. Smells like Comfort Pure but not just as strong. Use Tesco own brand mostly at present but will downshift to this. At only 88p for 56 washes its a bargain.
Yeah, more money saved.:j0 -
just a thought for those using own brand stock cubes, please compare the salt content it can more than the named brands however, sains basic veg cube (1g per 100ml) is lower than oxo veg cube (1.23g per 100ml) just a thought.....0
