I got a refund of £5.24 just after Christmas on a camera case ,its now gone up to £5.00 more than I originally paid.
I'm glad I don't have to pay it back:D
Its worth keeing an eye on their prices as they go up and down like yoyos!:j I love bargains:jI love MSE0 -
They may do if you report it - see this.euglycaemia wrote:Do they do pricematch as well?
If the placed order which is cheaper at other site, do they refund?
Anyone had experience?
Contact Amazon using their "Website and Product Suggestions" sublink(??) - good luck. Let us know if it works. G
P.S. I posted this before, but the person didn't get back. G0 -
I requested a price match once before and they said it wasnt possible due to the millions of items they have on their site (some never been purchased).
Although I can't see them not taking competitors prices in to consideration when you email them, they just won't formally give you a price match like when you walk into a shop.0 -
Thanks for this, i contacted them yesterday evening as an MP3 player i ordered for DH's birthday had gone down by £10, just got an email and they're refunding the £10 :jSlightly worn out mum to 3 (DS1 May 03, DS2 Feb 05, DD1 Feb 08). When i grow up i think i'll become a UN Peace keeper....0

Thank you for this - I've just been told that I will be getting £5.70 back for my Panasonic breadmaker - just awaiting confirmation. The great thing is I bought it from them knowing I could get some of my money back if I bought it at the wrong time and it actually works, so many people have stupid conditions on this sort of thing! I personally think a 30 day limit is really quite a reasonable condition. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

Another £5.00 refund on its way as the book I had delivered today has dropped by £5.00.
