Hi, I just got my email through confirming my refund (Thanks OP!!) and noticed this paragraph:
"We are only able to adjust the price of an order in instances where
less than thirty days have passed between the date on which an order
was dispatched and the time that an item is reduced in price on our
site. "
This to me suggests its 30 days from DISPATCH date , not order date, and also it is the date the price went down that is impportant, not the date you notice it went down. So, if a price goes down 20 days after it is dispatched to you , but you don't notice it for another 20 days, then you will still be entitled!! So defo worth doing for you MFewings.:T0 -

How long is it taking you to get replies from Amazon?
20:33 - I now have a reply from Amazon agreeing to pay the price difference. It took about 10 hours to hear from them -not bad for a £35 refund!0 -
Amazon have agreed my £11.06 refund but still not heard about the other claim. The full order was dispached on 27th Nov so still 31 days but just have to wait and see when the price went down and if its within the time for a refund. Thanks for all the advice0

how do you get difference. do you ring them or is it instore only?0

I ordered 3 things for Christmas - 1 is now more expensive, but the other 2 were reduced so I claimed.
I got an email back confirming a refund for one, but not the other. This was because that item has now increased to more than I paid. However, it was still cheaper when I emailed. I pointed this out to them, but they've refused again.
I'm miffed. It wasn't for a lot, but it's the principle.
