Only took 10 minutes to get a reply!!
I'm not that mean - I just wanted to try it for future reference.
Thanks to OP.:j New Year, New You = 1.5lb/12lb:j0 -
just got my email from CS saying I'm getting £5 back :j
I love Amazon, I did quite a bit of my Christmas shopping through them and have been telling all my family and friends how great they are. This is just the icing on the cake though
I can just about forgive them for not delivering my wii on launch day now :rotfl:0 -
I can't find return and refunds contact form page, can someone provide a link for the hard of thinking like myself?0
-
there's a link on the op's first post
click on that and it takes you to the page you need to go to (you might need to sign in to you amazon account first) then on the page it takes you to there is a drop down box on the left hand side of the page, click on it and you will get options, you need to choose the one that says something about refund enquiries.

Yip me too £13.45 for a camera I bought.
Noticed on the email its from the day the item is dispatched not ordered so gives you a couple of days from the order date too.0 -
Thanks very much OP... I'm being really cheeky
and trying to see if I can get a refund of 2 items from my last order of 5 items when in fact 2 of the items have gone up by more than 2 went down (only one item staying the same price)! Overall my order is now around £3 more but 2 items have been reduced by £6.50 so I'm trying to see if I can get that back... rather a long shot but I'll let you know how I get on!

I have used this service before, in fact after last Christmas, but had forgotten how to claim the refund, so many thanks to the OP for the information - and many thanks to Amazon for refunding £5.15 to my card so swiftly. :T
When a company does this without quibble, it is so impressive and certainly makes me feel very happy and confident about shopping with them again!0 -
