Wasn't aware they had this promise.

Great spot - thanks for sharing.
  • I am getting 12, which means that I am only 25 quid down when PC world reduced the price of adobe photoshop bundle to 65 when I had just opened the one i got from amazon for 89. Now it is 79. Nearly everything else is more, much more!
  • Just wondering if you put in for refund and then in a couple of days item goes down again can you apply for a second refund?
  • Thanks for this - just got a refund for £5.91 - every little helps!
It's easier to get forgiveness than to ask permission ;)

Thanks for that I have just requested a refund for £11.06. Unfortunately though 2 large orders that would have netted me a eligible refund of over £50 were ordered on 25th Nov so just outside the 30 day period.
  • Damn! Everything I've ordered from them in the last month has actually gone up in price! No refund for me  !

I'd still ask its only been 33days!!
  • Cool, I'm going to try for the £1.50 that my camera has gone down. Might as well. What if it goes down again after I've claimed my refund, and still within the 30 days? Can we claim again, or is it one claim only, I wonder?
