    Many thanks OP - did a big order a couple of weeks ago using vouchers from survey/cashback sites and remembered about this read last night - £3.03 refunded to my gift certificate balance (£3.01 on a dvd and 1p on 2 cds - but 1p is still 1p ;) )
    Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000
    Initial Mortgage free date - January 2058
    Mortgage as of 1st February 2024 - £159,134.98
    Overpayments to date - £79.62
    Current Mortgage free date - January 2058

    Don't forget to check again at the 30 day mark - They will still refund more if it goes down again.

    thanks yes i intend to keep checking now, especially as the play sale has started now

  • Something I bought has gone down by £10, but i can't navigate to the returns and refunds enquiry form. Please help as i only have a day to claim back the money!

    1. Click ‘help’ located at the top right of the screen.
    2. Click the ‘customer service button’ located under ‘contact us’ located in the middle right hand side of the screen.
    3. It will then ask you to login.
    4. On the 3 tabs, click email.
    5. Click choose item.
    6. Select the order you wish to request a refund.
