On the previous subject of JL price matching.... yes you can price match Empire Direct as they have real shops but you can't price match Digital Direct as they don't. I am not sure the value of knowing if anyone had tried to price match DigitalDirect.

TV arrived today complete with purple snakes and everything! At least it appears Panasonic are starting to acknowledge the problem at last! Either way I think I'll be going for a Pioneer next time!

Welcome to the (apparent) minority! The problem is that the Pioneer is over £500 more. If Panasonic can fix it it will be great. If not I'm going to try for a refund and get a Pioneer.
