    They do under products...breakdown protection....panasonic...plasma flat screen tv as far as I can see.;)

    So does that mean its safe to buy one now and if the problem does appear, then Panny will replace it with a corrected model?

    I think (look at avforums for more info) if you find the fault you have to report it to Panasonic HQ and they will then take your details and when the D board is ready to be replaced they will arrange someone to see you.

    I'm not 100% but dont think anyone in the UK has had this fixed yet only Japan from what i've seen over there.

    Only if you log it with panasonic customer services in the first instance .
